Refund Policy and Shopping Guidelines at NutraOptimal

At NutraOptimal, we are dedicated to providing excellent service with every order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@nutraoptimal.com to initiate the return process. Our team is here to assist you.

Return Guidelines:

  • Initiate the Return: To begin the return process, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refund Amount: Upon receiving the return, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping and handling fees.
  • International Orders: Please note that international orders do not qualify for free shipping, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Payment Method:

  • For payments made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the original card used for the order.

Refund Processing Time:

  • We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund, typically within four weeks, although it may occur more quickly in many cases.

Backorders/Out of Stock Items:

  • While we strive to ensure product availability, circumstances beyond our control may lead to backorders or items becoming out of stock. In such cases, we will ship the available part of your order and issue refunds for any items no longer available.

Changes/Cancellations During Transit:

  • Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit. For any necessary changes during shipping, please contact the shipping company directly.

Damaged Items:

  • In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged items, please notify us immediately for assistance. If you have opted for Route Package protection, the exchange process will be simplified.

Wrong Address/Undeliverable:

  • NutraOptimal cannot be held responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please ensure accurate address information during checkout.

Taxes:

  • Sales tax is collected as mandated by the United States and relevant laws of the countries and states to which we ship. This tax is remitted directly to the government, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
