SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs, taxes, and discounts will appear during the final stages of checkout.
All orders are shipped approximately 24-48 hours from being placed, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed from Friday Afternoon until Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (Holidays excluded).
Orders placed on holidays will be shipped the following business day (within 24-48 hours).
While we strive to make sure that your orders are processed as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary due to circumstances out of our control.

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
For Domestic Orders, one (1) to five (5) Bottles are generally standard shipped USPS First Class and take approximately 3-7 business days to deliver.
For Domestic Orders, six (6) or more Bottles are generally shipped USPS Priority and take approximately 3-7 business days to deliver.
Actual shipping times may vary according to carrier.
Pure Green Superfoods have similar shipping times. Actual times and prices are calculated at checkout due to volume.
Free shipping may not be eligible due to certain restrictions. All shipping methods have restrictions on order weight, order price, item type, and delivery address.
REFUND POLICY

All returns must be undamaged and unopened.
To receive a full refund, returns must be made within 15 days.
Postage is not provided.
REFUND TIME
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
BACK ORDERS/OUT OF STOCK ORDERS
We strive to make sure that every customer can experience the joy and benefit of our products. Sometimes there are circumstances out of our control. If an item goes on back order or becomes out of stock, the website will be updated once that item becomes available again.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS DURING TRANSIT
Unfortunately, orders are unable to be canceled once in transit. Please contact the shipping company if you would like to make any necessary changes during shipping. We are unable to do so.
WRONG ADDRESS/DELIVERY ISSUES
Nutra Optimal is not responsible for any address entered incorrectly by the customer.
We are not to be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
